Inspired by the rich architectural heritage of Jeddah’s historic Al Balad district, the Jeddah Central Stadium is a 46,000-seat world-class sports venue set within a vibrant surrounding village. The village clusters on all four corners of the stadium, each hosting restaurants, food courts, hotel accommodation, offices, and retail – creating an activated, year around destination.

Conserve was appointed as both Sustainability Consultant and Commissioning Authority for the full Design and Construction stages, delivering an integrated project for LEED v4 BD+C and MOSTADAM D+C Gold certification.

Our services spanned energy performance optimization for the large-span roof and cooling systems, water management strategies for the full development scale, sustainable materials procurement, and rigorous commissioning of all major building systems including specialized stadium MEP infrastructure.

The dual-role appointment ensured sustainability outcomes were embedded into every phase of delivery.
